We run weekly sessions which are open to every club member unless stated otherwise (taster sessions, women only):

* : If you do not know how to get to Varsity Pitches, join our Facebook group to ask us. For our taster sessions during weeks 1 and 2 of term 1, we will be meeting at the central piazza 15min prior to the session to make our way to the pitches together.
All you have to bring is plenty of both water and enthusiasm! Studded boots (football, rugby, american football, lacrosse) are highly recommended for outdoor training, particularly during the British winter (i.e. always) but trainers will be fine to start with if you don’t have any. Remember to bring something warm to warm-up and cool-down in and lastly, it would be helpful for everyone to bring a light and a dark top.
All of these sessions run throughout the year so feel free to come along to any of the open sessions. Don’t worry about your level of experience, almost everyone at the club started playing at University!
We run additional, more focused trainings for our more experienced and dedicated members, you can find out more about those by asking a member of the exec once you’ve joined the club.
We run throwing sessions (for you to practice your disc throwing skills in a friendly environment) on Varsity Pitches, or any other open space we can find on campus. There are no fixed times for these, people will usually post on the facebook group when they want to hold one a day or two in advance.
There will also be some more organised ones which will be run regularly within set groups, usually within term 2, these will be announced on the facebook group.
